U.S.A.
All orders are processed and shipped from the U.S.A. to practically all worldwide locations. We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with standard delivery of 2-5 days. For heavier packages (mostly for jig orders) we use flat rate Priority Mail USPS boxes with standard delivery of 1-3 days in the continental U.S.A.
International
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Service with delivery of 1-3 weeks depending on destination. Expedited services are available with delivery time of one week to most worldwide locations. Please note, additional charges may apply for international shipping depending on the final weight of the order. Contact us if you desire your order to be expedited.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Wholesale orders for distributors, dealers, charters, etc., are generally shipped directly from our facilities via TNT/FedEx with standard worldwide delivery of 4-6 business days upon completion of the order. If you have your own account with DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc., in most cases a, a pickup of the order can be arranged to expedite orders.
We have a 100% return guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with the lures you've received in any way, contact us and we'll issue you a full refund and arrange for the lures to be returned to us. The lures must be unused and undamaged upon return. The refund will be issued upon final inspection.
